Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any part of the OSRMPlus service, you agree to these terms. OSRMPlus is operated by Logistr LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

OSRMPlus provides a cloud API for routing, distance matrices, and vehicle route optimization. You send HTTP requests to our servers and receive JSON responses. We also provide a web portal for account management, API key provisioning, usage monitoring, billing, and support.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including all API calls made with your keys. Notify us immediately if you believe your account or any API key has been compromised.

4. API keys

Each API key is tied to a single organisation and carries the permissions of the subscription plan it was issued under. API keys are non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, or resell API keys. We may revoke an API key if these terms are violated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent or tamper with API authentication or usage limits.
• Use the API for any activity that violates applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the API without written agreement from Logistr LLC.
• Send requests designed to degrade the service for other users, including deliberate overloading or abuse of the free tier.

6. Rate limits and quotas

Each plan includes monthly quotas for routing calls, matrix elements, and optimization jobs. Requests that exceed your quota will receive a 402 response. We may also apply rate limits to protect the service. Current limits are listed on the pricing page and in the API documentation.

7. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or downgrade differences. If your payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features after a grace period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

8. Free tier

The free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee or support commitment. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free tier at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The OSRMPlus API, documentation, and website are the property of Logistr LLC. Your subscription grants you the right to use the API within the limits of your plan. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. The routing results returned by the API are yours to use without restriction.

10. Your data

You own your data. We do not log the coordinates or content of your API requests. We record only the number and type of calls for usage tracking. Account and billing data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the API available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Enterprise plans include an SLA with specific uptime commitments.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logistr LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Routing results are computed from open map data and may not reflect real-time road conditions.

14. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your API keys will be deactivated immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
