Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any part of the OSRMPlus service, you agree to these terms. OSRMPlus is operated by Logistr LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

OSRMPlus provides self-hosted routing software distributed as Docker images, along with a web portal for account management, licence provisioning, billing, and support. The routing software runs entirely on your own infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Licence keys

Each licence key is tied to a single organisation and a specific subscription plan. Licence keys are non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, or resell licence keys. We may revoke a licence key if these terms are violated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the compiled binaries.
  • Circumvent or tamper with licence validation or usage limits.
  • Use the service for any activity that violates applicable law.
  • Resell or sublicence the service without written agreement from Logistr LLC.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or downgrade differences. If your payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features after a grace period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

7. Free tier

The free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee or support commitment. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free tier at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The OSRMPlus software, CRN file format, documentation, and website are the property of Logistr LLC. Your subscription grants you a licence to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Your data

You own your data. The self-hosted Docker container runs on your infrastructure and we have no access to the data it processes. Account and billing data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the portal and licence services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The self-hosted software does not depend on our servers for routing queries.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logistr LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your licence keys will be deactivated. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
