Who we are

OSRMPlus is operated by Logistr LLC. When this policy says “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means Logistr LLC.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the service.

• Account information. When you sign up, we receive your name and email address through our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords.
• Billing information. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, not your card number.
• API usage data. We record the number and type of API calls you make (routes, matrix queries, optimization jobs) to enforce plan limits and display usage on your dashboard. We do not log the coordinates or content of your requests.
• Support messages. If you contact us or open a support ticket, we store the content of that communication.

What we do not collect

We do not log the coordinates, waypoints, or route geometries in your API requests. We do not store GPS traces, map data, or the results returned by the API. Request and response bodies are processed in memory and discarded after the response is sent.

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription.
• To authenticate your API requests and enforce plan limits.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send transactional emails related to your account (receipts, API key confirmations, support replies).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.

Third-party services

• Clerk for authentication.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• AWS Lightsail for API infrastructure hosting.
• Forward Email for transactional email delivery.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. API usage records are aggregated monthly and individual call records are deleted after 90 days. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@logistr.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the dashboard.
